This is a vintage original poster for the 1957 “out-of-control” teen drag-racing drama “Dragstrip Girl”. The film was a success relative to its small budget & did especially well in drive-in theaters.
This authentic One Sheet (27" X 41") poster for the racy & exciting drag-racing themed film “Dragstrip Girl” is in very fine to near mint condition & is linen-backed for preservation purposes. Prior to restoration, other than a couple of very minor tears in the upper border of the poster & a few minor fold separations, this poster was in fantastic condition. Professional restoration addressed these issues, cleaned poster & linen-backed it The poster has been amazingly well-preserved & displays extremely well.
The colorful & thrilling artwork of this teen exploitation film poster portrays a romanticized juvenile delinquents very much of this period. The images reflect a rebelliousness of that decade’s teenagers. This is one of the best movie poster images from this era’s teen dramas.
