It appears to have been stored long-term, sealed, and wrapped in the packaging paper of Ginza Masuiwaya, as shown in the photo.
When I image searched the pattern, "Amami Oshima" and "Oshima Tsumugi" came up frequently, so I'm writing this with the high possibility that it is one of those.
I have other items for sale, and several bolts of fabric from Tokyo Masuiwaya have come up. All of them were marked as 100% cotton, so I suspect this is also cotton, but I have no certainty.
I am not knowledgeable, so I cannot answer detailed questions.
