In good pre-owned condition. It has two small flaws that aren't too noticeable. It has a small tear on the inner lining of the skirt but you cannot see it at all from the outside. Also some of the black has rubbed off the zipper. See last two photos for closer look. Otherwise, has no other issues. Features beautiful gold metal buckles on sides along with leather tassels, and side pockets.
