This is a fun set of four vintage Blendo aqua frosted footed parfait/soda glasses. These glasses are perfect for serving root beer floats or even cold Prosecco on a hot summer day.
The set is in excellent vintage condition. The aqua paint is intact. There are no egregious scratches if scratches at all. The gold rims are also intact and show little to no wear.
These glasses measure 6” tall and 2 3/4” at the mouth.
Blendo was manufactured during the 1950s and ’60s by the West Virginia Glass Company of Weston, WV. Blendo was a staple at summer barbecues during the era, thanks to its bright, frosted colors and sturdy feel. Its colors were applied onto the glass, giving it additional heft. The modern-looking glassware reflected a time when rock music reigned, rockets were racing to the moon, and pop art emerged.
