4-AcO-DMT | O-Acetylpsilocin

4-AcO-DMT or O-Acetylpsilocin is a unique, semi-synthetic molecule of the Tryptamine class. First synthesized by Albert Hoffman and Franz Troxler in the early 1960’s along with multiple other esters of psilocin. 4-AcO-DMT which also goes by psilacetin, is the acetylated form of the alkaloid psilocin.

4-Acetoxy-N,N-dimethyltryptmaine is believed to bind to 5-HT2A receptors.
